Visa processing
Visa requirements from Nigeria
Rayonner prepares and checks visa applications for 18 destinations from offices in Abuja and Lagos. Each page below sets out who needs a visa, the documents that destination actually asks for, how long it currently takes, and what the government charges — before you pay anyone anything.
We do not decide visa outcomes and neither does any other agency. What we do is make sure the file that reaches the mission is complete, consistent and matches what they are currently asking for — and book the flights and accommodation the application needs as reservations rather than as non-refundable purchases.

Before you apply anywhere
The visa sets your travel dates, not the other way round
The most expensive mistake we see is a non-refundable ticket bought against a visa that has not been issued. Applications need confirmed reservations, which is not the same as confirmed purchases — we issue reservations that satisfy the requirement and ticket properly once the decision is in.
Nobody can promise you an outcome
A visa decision belongs to the officer assessing it. Any agent offering a guaranteed approval, a fast-tracked interview slot, or a fee that makes a refusal impossible is selling something they do not have. Walk away.
Two fees, and you should see both up front
The government fee goes to the embassy and is shown on each destination page. Rayonner's processing fee is separate, varies by destination, and is quoted to you before you commit. If you have been given one combined number without a breakdown, ask for it.
This page is first-time guidance, not a legal source. The embassy, consulate or immigration authority for your destination is the only authority on its own requirements, and they can change without notice. Fees shown are what the government charges and are estimates — they are paid by you to the mission, and Rayonner's processing fee is separate and quoted before you commit. No agency, including this one, decides or can guarantee the outcome of a visa application.
