Who we are

Rayonner Travels & Logistics Limited (“Rayonner”, “we”, “us”) is an IATA-accredited, NCAA-certified travel agency in Abuja, Nigeria. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you use www.rayonnertravels.com, book a flight, package, or visa support service, or contact us.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you make a booking or enquiry: your name, email address, phone number, and — where a service requires it — traveller details such as date of birth, passport number, nationality and travel dates (for flight ticketing and visa support). We also collect limited technical data (such as pages visited and approximate location) through analytics, and a payment reference for transactions. We do NOT store full card numbers — payments are handled directly by our payment processors.

How we use your information

We use your information to: process and confirm your bookings; issue flight tickets and travel documents; provide visa support and customer service; send booking confirmations, receipts and service updates; prevent fraud; and improve our website and the relevance of our advertising. We process this data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running and marketing our services.

Payments

Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment providers — Paystack and Providus Bank. When you pay, your card or bank details are entered with the provider, not stored by Rayonner. We receive only a transaction reference and confirmation of payment status for reconciliation.

Service providers we share data with

To deliver your travel services we share the minimum necessary data with: our global distribution system (GDS) provider (used to search and book flights); airlines, hotels and visa authorities relevant to your booking; Paystack and Providus Bank (payments); and email/communication providers used to send your confirmations. These partners process your data only to provide the requested service.

Cookies, analytics & advertising

We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Google Ads to understand how visitors use our site and to measure and improve our advertising. These tools may set cookies and collect usage data (such as pages viewed and conversion events like a completed booking). This helps us see which campaigns lead to bookings and show relevant ads. You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of personalised Google advertising at google.com/settings/ads.

How long we keep your data

We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above — typically for the duration of your booking and a reasonable period afterwards to meet tax, accounting and legal obligations — after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

Under the Nigeria Data Protection Act / Regulation (NDPR) you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, request deletion, object to certain processing (including marketing), and withdraw consent at any time. We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access, and trusted, contractually-bound service providers. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, but we work to protect your information at all times.
