Terms of Service

Effective date: 22 June 2026

These Terms set out the agreement between you and Rayonner Travels & Logistics Limited when you use our websites, apps and services or make a booking with us. Please read them carefully, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund & Payment Policy, before you book.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the websites, mobile applications and services of Rayonner Travels & Logistics Limited (“Rayonner Travels”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By browsing our platforms, requesting a quote, or making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy and Refund & Payment Policy. If you are booking on behalf of others, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on their behalf and that you have shared them with every traveller in your party.

2. Who we are and what we do

Rayonner Travels & Logistics Limited is an IATA-accredited, NCAA-certified travel agency incorporated in Nigeria, with its head office at 4th Floor Church Gate Towers, Plot 473 Constitution Avenue, Central Business District, Abuja. We arrange flights, tour packages, accommodation, activities, visa support and related travel services. For most services we act as an intermediary (agent) between you and third-party suppliers — airlines, hotels, ground operators, insurers and government authorities. Those suppliers provide the actual travel service, and their own terms and conditions apply to your booking in addition to ours.

3. Bookings and confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once we have issued a written confirmation (and, for flights, a valid ticket or record locator/PNR) and the required payment or deposit has been received. Quotes, fares and availability are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed until a booking is confirmed, as airline fares and supplier availability can change at any time before ticketing. You are responsible for checking that all names, dates, routes and details on your confirmation exactly match your travel documents and for telling us immediately if anything is incorrect.

4. Prices, payment and deposits

All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira unless otherwise stated and may include applicable taxes, fees and service charges. A deposit secures your booking at the time of purchase, and the full balance must be paid by the date shown on your confirmation (for packages, no later than 30 days before departure). Bookings that are not paid in full by the due date may be cancelled by the relevant supplier. Payment terms, deposits, the payment schedule and all refund and cancellation rules are set out in full in our Refund & Payment Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

5. Flights and airline conditions

Airline tickets booked through us are subject to the fare rules, conditions of carriage and policies of the operating airline(s), including rules on changes, cancellations, baggage, name corrections and check-in. Once a ticket is issued, any change or refund is governed by those airline rules and may attract airline penalties and fare differences in addition to our service fees. Flight schedules are set and may be changed or cancelled by the airline; while we will assist you, we are not responsible for schedule changes, delays, cancellations, overbooking, denied boarding or missed connections caused by an airline or other third party.

6. Passports, visas and travel documents

It is your responsibility to hold a valid passport (typically with at least six months’ validity beyond your return date and sufficient blank pages), the correct visas, permits and any required health certificates for every country on your itinerary, including transit points. Where we provide visa support, we assist with the application process only — the decision to grant or refuse a visa rests entirely with the relevant embassy or authority, processing times are outside our control, and visa fees are non-refundable regardless of outcome. We are not liable for any loss if you are refused entry, boarding or transit because your documents are incomplete, expired or incorrect.

7. Health, insurance and fitness to travel

You are responsible for ensuring you meet the health, vaccination and entry requirements of your destinations and that you are medically fit to travel. We strongly recommend that every traveller obtains comprehensive travel and health insurance covering medical care, cancellation, curtailment, baggage and repatriation. Insurance premiums are non-refundable once a policy is issued, and you should review your policy’s coverage and exclusions before you travel.

8. Changes and cancellations

If you wish to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as early as possible. Changes and cancellations are subject to the rules of the relevant airline, hotel or supplier, may incur their penalties as well as our service fees, and certain services are non-refundable. The specific refund and cancellation terms for each type of service are set out in our Refund & Payment Policy. We may also have to change or cancel a booking due to supplier action or circumstances beyond our control, in which case we will offer a suitable alternative or a refund of recoverable amounts where applicable.

9. Your responsibilities and conduct

You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to use our platforms and services only for lawful purposes, and not to attempt to defraud us or any supplier, make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or interfere with the operation or security of our systems. You are responsible for the conduct of all travellers in your party and for complying with the rules, laws and customs of the countries you visit. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking, or restrict access to our services, where we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse or a breach of these Terms.

10. Limitation of liability

We act with reasonable skill and care in arranging your travel. However, because we act as an intermediary, we are not liable for the acts, omissions, default, insolvency or service failures of any airline, hotel, transport provider, insurer, embassy or other third-party supplier, nor for any loss, injury, delay or damage arising from them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of a booking is limited to the value of the service fees we charged for that booking, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Force majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations, and no refund will be due from us beyond amounts we can recover from suppliers, where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control. These include (without limitation) war, civil unrest, terrorism, strikes, government action, border or airspace closures, epidemics or pandemics, extreme weather, natural disasters, fire, flood, technical or transport failures and supplier insolvency.

12. Intellectual property

All content on our websites and applications — including the Rayonner Travels name, logo, text, graphics, images, layout and software — is owned by or licensed to Rayonner Travels & Logistics Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use it only to browse and make legitimate bookings, and you may not copy, reproduce, republish or exploit any of it for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

13. Privacy

We handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains what we collect, how we use it (including sharing it with suppliers and authorities to fulfil your booking) and the choices available to you. By using our services you consent to that processing.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any booking made with us, are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. We would always prefer to resolve any concern amicably first, so please contact us before taking any other step, and we will work with you in good faith to find a fair resolution.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, supplier requirements or the law. The version in force at the time you make a booking applies to that booking. We will post the current version on this page with its effective date, and your continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
