Service Policy Agreement

Refund & Payment Policy

This document outlines the payment schedule and the no-refund policies applicable to the services provided by Rayonner Travels & Logistics. By engaging Rayonner Travels for any of the services listed below, customers acknowledge and agree to abide by these policies.

Payment schedule

A deposit secures your seat at the time of booking. The full balance for your package must be paid no later than 30 days before departure. Bookings that are not fully paid 30 days before departure may be cancelled, and any amounts already paid are treated under the relevant policy below.

Group tour packages

Onboarding starts once a customer confirms their participation in a group tour package organized by Rayonner Travels & Logistics. No refunds will be provided for any cancellations or changes made by the customer. In the event of cancellation by Rayonner Travels due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation, customers may be eligible for a full or partial refund, at the discretion of Rayonner Travels.

Visa processing

Fees paid for visa processing services are non-refundable, regardless of the outcome of the visa application. Rayonner Travels & Logistics shall not be held liable for visa denials or delays caused by factors beyond its control, and no refunds will be provided in such cases.

Tours / games tickets

Tours/Tickets purchased for sporting events or entertainment activities are non-refundable once confirmed. Any cancellations or changes to game tickets are subject to the policies of the respective event organizers, and refunds, if any, will be processed based on their terms and conditions.

Accommodation

Payments made for accommodation bookings are non-refundable once confirmed, unless otherwise specified.

Travel / health insurance

Premiums paid for travel or health insurance policies are non-refundable once the policy is issued. Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the coverage and terms of their insurance policies, as refunds will not be provided for changes in travel plans or circumstances.

Flight bookings

Airline tickets purchased through Rayonner Travels & Logistics are subject to the refund policies of the respective airlines and all charges/fees in accordance with the covenants of that airline/ticket features apply. Please note that flight tickets for group packages are non-refundable. Customers are encouraged to review the fare rules and cancellation policies applicable to their tickets, as refunds, if any, will be processed based on these rules.

Visa denial / approval

In the event of visa denial, customers may be eligible for a partial refund of certain fees, excluding non-refundable processing charges, visa processing fees, and other services subject to restrictions/covenants that preclude the same. Visa approval does not guarantee travel, and no refunds will be provided for changes or cancellations made by customers after visa issuance.
