When does my membership start, and how long does it last?+
It activates the moment your payment is confirmed and runs for your tier's full term — 3 months for Basic, 6 for Premium, 12 for Gold.
How am I billed?+
A single secure payment for the full term via Paystack. No hidden charges, and auto-renewal is off — renewing is always your choice.
Can I upgrade to a higher tier later?+
Yes. Talk to us any time and we'll move you up — your new tier's benefits take over immediately.
Is my membership transferable?+
Your membership is personal to you and non-transferable.
Do you guarantee my visa will be approved?+
No travel agency can guarantee a visa outcome — the decision rests with the embassy. What we do guarantee is expert handling that gives your application its strongest possible footing.
What is your refund policy?+
