Payment & refund terms
Full payment is due no later than 30 days before departure. This is a group tour package: once you confirm participation, cancellations or changes you make are non-refundable, and flight tickets, visa fees and confirmed accommodation are non-refundable. If Rayonner cancels the trip (e.g. unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participation), you may be eligible for a full or partial refund at our discretion. Read the full Refund & Payment Policy.
